The eighth release on Blue Matter is the debut solo album from Eliza Skelton, a Brighton based musician who has been quietly producing haunting and powerful music by the sea for many years.
Known locally for her band The Desperate Ones, a collaboration with Bevis Frond guitarist Paul Simmons which produced the album 1906, she has taken her time perfecting this solo project and has created a masterpiece of an album which we are very proud to include in our catalogue.
Eliza's songs are a genre bending blend of atmospheric, gothic tinged folk rock, electronica and lush pastoral vocal harmonies, complimented with visionary narrative lyrics.
We are genuinely excited to be releasing an album of such quality into the world, we hope you love it as much as we do.
